  1. Download and open the file, allow Install unknown apps if asked.
  2. Open KLC Call Agent and sign in with your SOMS username and password.
  3. Allow microphone and notification permissions.
  4. If your account has an extension, the phone connects to the PBX automatically.
No SOMS access yet? Ask an administrator to add you on the dashboard under PBX → Agents & extensions.
