KLC Call

Agent phone for the KLC call system — sign in with your SOMS account, receive and transfer PBX calls. Only PBX-routed calls are recorded — centrally, never on the phone.

  1. Download and open the file, allow Install unknown apps if asked.
  2. Open KLC Call and sign in with your SOMS username and password.
  3. Follow Finish setting up: microphone, notifications, full-screen calls and battery saver.
  4. If your account has an extension, the phone connects to the PBX automatically.
Had version 1.x? Please uninstall the old app first — 2.0 and newer are signed with a new key.
No SOMS access yet? Ask an administrator to add you on the dashboard under PBX → People.

  1. Download and open the file. If Windows says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
  2. KLC Call opens by itself: sign in with your SOMS username and password.
  3. It starts with Windows and waits in the tray by the clock; a call pops up bottom-right.
  4. If your antivirus asks, allow KLC Call to use the microphone.
